Return & Refund Policy

At EonScapes, each photographic print is carefully produced and prepared with attention to quality and presentation.
Due to the nature of limited photographic editions and made-to-order print production, returns and refunds are handled according to the following policy.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact: hello@eonscapes.com within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, EonScapes may offer:
- A replacement print
- A partial refund
- A full refund depending on the situation.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Significant manufacturing defects
Because photographic prints are produced individually and often made to order, returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect customer-provided information cannot generally be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to damage or error, return shipping instructions will be provided by EonScapes.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
5. Color and Appearance
Please note that colors and tonal appearance may vary slightly between screens and physical prints due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, materials, and print processes.
Such minor variations are not considered defects.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and shipping carrier operations.
EonScapes is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or third-party shipping services.
