By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
EonScapes reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
EonScapes does not store full payment card information.

5. Shipping
EonScapes ships worldwide.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of photographic print products, returns and refunds may only be accepted in cases of:
- Damaged products upon delivery
- Incorrect items received
- Significant manufacturing defects
If your order arrives damaged, please contact: hello@eonscapes.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence of the issue.
Refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

8. Intellectual Property
All images, photographs, text, branding, and website content displayed on EonScapes are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership.
No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with website functionality
- Use website content unlawfully
EonScapes reserves the right to restrict access to users violating these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
EonScapes shall not be held liable for:
